哦！忘了介绍，她可不是我们学校的老师，是我自己认识的！也许你很奇怪：世界那么大，你怎么会认识一个连一点汉语都不会的外国人呢？

其实，我和她很有缘，第一次相见是在玲达外语学校，她们在招生，我见她第一面就觉得她让人看起来很舒服，我就主动过去与她交谈，我想不到，我竟用我会的一点英语知识和她交流，虽然是很简单的`问题，但我还是很高兴，因为在交流的过程中我向她介绍了中国以及新疆的风土人情，并自豪的向她介绍了美丽的人间仙境哈纳斯，同时，我也了解到更令我兴奋不已的事情，我们俩的生日竟在同一天！

我的英文老师，可不是学校里的任课老师，而是我的“私人订制”外教老师。

还是几年前上小学的时候，妈妈见我喜欢学英文，打算为我找个英文兴趣班，一圈海选下来，却没有满意的。此时，小区里搬来了一个新住户，有五十多岁，高个头、大鼻子、蓝眼睛、金头发，一打听，是个美国人。

真是踏破铁鞋无觅处，这不就是现成的英文老师吗？

我打算“拜师学艺”。周末，我和妈妈登门拜访，礼貌地按响门铃。进门落座后，我先用英文作了自我介绍，然后用夹杂英语的中文提出拜师的请求。谁知，那洋人睁大眼睛，摊开双手，耸耸肩，一脸的茫然。我正不知所措，洋人的助手走过来，说：“他听不懂中文。”通过翻译，我才知道他叫皮特，因为喜欢中国文化，喜欢中国功夫，所以来中国做外教，他还给自己起了个中国名字叫大龙。了解了我的请求后，皮特欣然同意了。我正高兴得想欢呼，皮特却说：“我还有个条件。”“还有条件？”“每次课教我一句中文。”这好办，轮到我欣然同意了。

学习一段时间后，我的英语水平大有长进，跟老师交流不再用纸和笔了。有一回，我问老师多大年纪了。他告诉我：“在美国对上了年纪的人，不要轻易问年龄。”我告诉老师：“在我们中国可不一样，多数老人不介意别人问年龄。”老师很自豪地说：“美国人崇尚年轻有活力，多数人不愿意承认自己老了。”我也自豪地说：“我们中国人有好传统，尊老爱幼。”老师补充说：“也许这就是两国文化的不同。”我想了想说：“在语言上也有差异呢！英语问年龄，不管年长年幼，都是‘你有多大年纪了’。汉语问年龄，对年幼的问‘你几岁’，体现的是关怀；对年长的则问‘您高寿’，体现的是尊敬，大不一样啊。”老师双手一摊，露出奇怪的表情：“所以汉语难学啊，我的学习任务更艰巨。”看着一脸无奈的皮特，我哈哈大笑。

快乐的时光总是匆匆而过。快到年末了，皮特家装饰得像圣诞花园，圣诞树、糖果盒、五彩灯，充满了温馨和暖意。上完课，皮特告诉我，年底他与大学签的五年外教合同就到期了，他将结束在中国的教学活动，回国与家人团聚。皮特还邀请了几位朋友，大家一起做沙拉，吃比萨，唱友谊地久天长。我的心里却有些酸酸的，想流泪。

皮特走了，我的英语课也结束了，但我时常想起那段快乐的学习时光。大洋彼岸，那个喜爱中国文化的大龙，你在故乡，还好吗？
