原来,几十年前的饮食十分单调,从饭桌上就可以看出现在是哪个季节,比如冬天,顶多是一些萝卜、青菜等,平时也是清粥小菜的。爷爷说,更早期的时候,人们连肉都是吃不上的,除非逢年过节,或是家里有贵客到访才难得吃上一口肉,要是在平时,恐怕连肉味也是天上有,人间不得几回闻。真到有肉吃的时候,家里的小孩虽然垂涎欲滴,但是也舍不得吃,一小块肉可以吃上好几顿,就连肉渣肉汁也是舔得一干二净。
爷爷的回忆给我带来了巨大的震撼,要不是看着手里爷爷拿的粮票,实在是难以相信!于是我怀着对“吃”的探索欲,找爷爷辈,爸爸辈以及现在的人们了解“吃”的变化。
